I hope we all have open mind and what you say is not true, and based on Kadivar's own list, my hope is not baseless.  Can a reading of Islam be that Hejab should not be forced on any one?   If so, then who should press for such tolerance within an Islamic framework?   The answer should be found within the realm of believers in Islam.   But first at least those who do believe in a more toleranat Islam have to realize this and then help the issue by standing against forceful Hejab.

Unfortunately, so far I have not heard a response back neither from Mr.Kadivar nor from the refromist supporters.   But I have not given up.

May be words of encouragment and reminders help?

but you are asking the wrong people. Anyone who carries the word "Deeni" in the title or ideology has already made commitment to some never-changing ancient rules. Such people including Kadivar have been thought not to think outside the box from childhood, and that's what they continue to do, they continue to think inside the discriminating, male chauvinist box of their religious teachings.

Never saw the article about the 15 "Mistakes" of IRI, but you're right, that treatment of women right after Enghleab was the earliest sign to tell me that they were up to no good.
