We might not know a lot about self governance, but the fine folks at the Caspian Cafe in Houston sure do know a thing or two about food. 1 Tahdeeg on 2 polos? Simultaneously? Insanity! Heaven!

And, I am convinced about your cooking skills too.
LOL, dear comments

I don't know who you are but from IC, only couple people have eaten my cooking and even for those, I did not use my best skills in order not to intimidate them with my cooking. Seriously, I am not a bad cook. However, honestly I don't get enough practice. Besides, one does not have to be a good cook to say tadeeg and tacheen taste good :).
Great kababs' presentation indeed.
by comments on Sat Sep 17, 2011 04:35 AM PDTGreat kababs' presentation indeed. Did you know that their Tahdeeg was made in Polopaz, which is usually not a great idea for individuals who are talented with their Persian taste? This is the place that I wished to use my real name introducing a restuarant :)
Anahid: I acknowledge that you are knowledgeable in many subjects. But, cooking...Please....I have to Google "Tacheen". Maybe, I misunderstood such a delicious concept whole my life :)
How can one object to Tahdig
by Anahid Hojjati on Sat Sep 17, 2011 01:42 AM PDTIt is the best also Tacheen is good too.
