The Homeless guy says, "Can you help me, I haven't eaten in 3 days."

The [Iranian] mom says, "Force Yourself!"

Some are really close: Massoud Rajavi likely lives in Israel (where they train their followers).  And they certainly fund his wife … the one that helped Saddam drop chemical bombs on Iranians and Iraqi-Kurds:

 But there are also differences, for example, most Iranians don’t call for the 'mass starvation of the Iranian people’ like the Netanyahu government does while most of Israel, the Western Press, and US/UK government stay silent.
