by Anonymous123 (not verified) on Thu Jun 12, 2008 12:34 PM PDTwith friends like you, who needs enemies? i see how excited you are about the prospect of Iran getting bombed.
Antarinejad is smart, has learned well.
by Faramarz_Fateh on Thu Jun 12, 2008 12:29 PM PDTDear President Antarinejad,
Please address the following about your OWN country before worrying about the ills of the U.S.
1) Prostitution; 11% of women between ages of 18-40 in large cities are prostitues. This is estimated at 2-3% for the U.S.
2) Unemployment; 23% for men between ages of 18-40 37% for women in the same age range. True nemployment rate is at 11% in the U.S.
3) Inflation; Inflation is 20% in Iran, 4-5% in U.S. (including gas)
4) Oppression of women.
5) Oppression and harrassment of Bahais and other religous minotities
6) Condition of survivors of the Bam earthquake; 50% are still homeless after 3.5 years
Well...lets see if you can answer these before I present the balance of the list......By the way, be prepared because before Christmas, your country will be bombed.....Be assured.
Unfortunately, they won't bomb you and the rest of your filthy crew.
let's all chill out!

He is the true face of Devil
by Amir Nasiri (not verified) on Thu Jun 12, 2008 11:30 AM PDTI am not sure where this guy is coming from where he has been educated but he is a true idiot and stupidty to the highest degree.
He talks about the victims of Hurricane Katrina and the uninsured Americans and he believes that 40 million American are dying from hunger. He talks about the prisons and freedom here in USA.
Mr Devil, tell me this what about the victim of the Bam Earthquake. Nothing has been built for them, they still live in camps and most of the women are prostitutes and the kids are on the streets.
What abot the 15% unemployment rate, 25% inflation rate and hunger and poverty in all Iranian provinces (not northern Tehran).
What about the atrocities and cruel acts exercised by your followers against loving Iranian people.
More Iranians have died in Iran's history under your government than any other dictator who ruled Iran.
Iran has no social welfare reform, no women housing or shelters no such a thing as a chance.
At least in USA everyone has a chance. If here you don't make it mainly you have not tried hard enough.
In Iran can I talk about religion and your savage governmnet in OPEN, answer: No Way.
Here in USA I can criticize whoever I want without been executed.
Many religion freely practice their faith in here how about in Iran?
You are a true idiot and the true face of Devil. You are the definition of evil.
he spoke the truth.....
by Anonymous123 (not verified) on Thu Jun 12, 2008 11:28 AM PDTto be honest with you, everything that he said was the truth, not necessarily pleasing to the White House, but it was the truth. good for him. The true nature of Iran-US relations is clear and he just said it like it was.

Powerful speech
by Jaleho on Thu Jun 12, 2008 10:09 AM PDTIt is nice to be represented by some one who has the moral clarity to talk unabashedly about the deficiencies of the greatest arrogant warmongering power in the world.
That kind of moral strength comes from the fact that Ahmadinejad has volunteered to fight against the western-imposed war on Iran, and knows first hand that the US and the combined western support of Saddam, and 30 years of US attempt to kill Iran, could not break the will of Iranian people like himself.
This results in a character who is not deep down ashamed of being Iranian, is proud of his country, his culture, and the will of its people. He does not have to wear a red polka dot tie to feel worthy of kissing western ass, gleefully speaking in a broken English ;-)
LOL... Katrina....
by Anonymousam (not verified) on Thu Jun 12, 2008 10:04 AM PDTMind your own business. Talk about what you have done for iran or iranians.
Iran's Katrina was in 1979 with far more devastating and lasting effects for the past 30 years. During that time, per capita GDP has declined from $7200 (in today's $) to $1800 today with oil revenues increasing by an order of magnitude.
Mutual respect? Why don't you start with having respect for iranians first and stop fooling them. At a minimum let iranians dress the way they want rather than the way you DICTATE.
Keep lying until you loose the remaining 14% support that you have in iran.
Pretentious Ahmadinejad!
by Maryam Hojjat on Thu Jun 12, 2008 09:47 AM PDTMr. Rahmani:
Ahmadinejad only pretends he IS the people. He has not done anything for Iranian people except talking. Economy has gone worse than ever since he became so called president.

Come on guys
by Ali Rahmani (not verified) on Thu Jun 12, 2008 09:21 AM PDTFred: Are you really comparing Iran and US? Iran doesn't even have 1/1000th of the wealth US possesses. The question is why in a 1st World Country like US, with all this wealth, are people living in such a manner? Most major US cities now look like Third World capitals. You got rich people drinking wine in a restaurant in Manhattan with several homeless guys sitting outside, getting ready for night to go to Central Park to sleep.
Darius: Clowning his suit, doesnt help the situation. If he dressed pompously like that worthless former monarch you admire so much, then people would ask why does he adorn himself with such expensive items, while the people live meagerly. Ahmadinejad doesnt TRY to be like "the people," because he IS the people. He lives like them. Plus I dont even know why a French-o-phile like yourself even bothers to speak about IRAN. You aspire to be another race. So let us be and live the way we want according to our own culture.
Whether you like the guy or not, what he is saying is TRUE about US and Iran. Adress the facts, rather than make ad hom attacks.
He looks like a Katrina Survivor himself ;0)
by Darius Kadivar on Thu Jun 12, 2008 08:56 AM PDTThe economic situation in the US looks like his own suit ? ;0)
The kahoonas
by Fred on Thu Jun 12, 2008 08:40 AM PDTThe Islamist president talking about the high number of uninsured Americans, the “homeless” Katrina survivors and the general misery of life in America is commendable. More world leaders should be as socially concern as he seems to be. But doing it all the while possessing any type of insurance coverage in his Islamist heaven on earth is a rarity, the survivors of the Bam earthquake are still living in foreign donated tents and freight containers for the past six years and the Hyper-inflation ridden Islamist economy leaves nothing to be proud of is the key. His intestinal fortitude in having the kahoonas to lecture others while his own house is in shambles is certainly a recognizable Islamist trait.
