Is foolishness a requirement for leadership?

Bertrand Russell the British mathematician once said:

The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts.”

Here is my 2 cents:

A good leader needs to have conviction. Conviction is hard to come by unless you are a fool. So leaders are usually fools that apeal to ignorance of masses!

More like eccentric than fools or fanatics. As an Astrologer, I have noticed that people with a vision, develop a kind of identity and purpose that makes them feel unique, and they know it. They enjoy in their own successful uniqueness. They are truly inspired. They are not fools, but have inner passion.
