What the President Left Out in his Speech to the UN

In his speech today President Obama said the following:

The Jewish people have forged a successful state in their historic homeland. Israel deserves recognition. It deserves normal relations with its neighbors. And friends of the Palestinians do them no favors by ignoring this truth, just as friends of Israel must recognize the need to pursue a two-state solution with a secure Israel next to an independent Palestine.

That is the truth -- each side has legitimate aspirations -- and that’s part of what makes peace so hard. And the deadlock will only be broken when each side learns to stand in the other’s shoes; each side can see the world through the other’s eyes. That’s what we should be encouraging. That’s what we should be promoting.

What he left out:

The Israelis cannot be asked to stand in the shoes of an occupied, downtrodden people. Nations must talk to nations. Peace will come when the Palestinians are able to stand on their own two feet as equals, with their own Nation. That is why today, after 60 years of failure, a new page must be opened.

For all of these reasons today I am calling upon the United Nations Security Council, in consultation with the General Assembly, and with their necessary approval, to request the International Court of Justice to devise and oversee an International Palestine Governance Commission which shall be empowered to assume State Sovereignty in the West Bank and Gaza, working with all parties as free and equal citizens to the end of establishing a national Constitution and a state with sufficient and proven abilities and institutions to form a more perfect union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common (police) security, promote the General Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to the People of Palestine, for a period of 20 years, extendable for equal periods of 20 years each, until such time as the International Court of Justice reports to the Security Council and the General Assembly, and it is known and generally agreed by the Nations of the World, that the independent and free Nation of Palestine is ready, able and willing to take its place as a full state member of the United Nations.

Dear Mr Huck

You're missing the main point. If we forget all about the "Minor" fact that the zionists, particularly Mr. Rothschilds and their friend's army used their money and influence to buy an "occupied land" at that time from the British occupiers, and establish their "successful presence" then it's like forgetting the head-on crash and getting busy with car's paint touchup repair!

The zionist (not jewish) people's forging of this state and its success has caused millions of people to lose their homes and their homeland. Let me remind you that Palestine was not the historic homeland of European jews but in reality it was the homeland to less than 20,000 to 40,000 jews who later voluntarily moved out of palestine to larger cities in Persia, Russia and other eastern ancient economic centers of the world to pursue better life. It was after 7th century Arab invasion when they migrated to Europe and settled there. At 1890, under complete freedom, there were only 30,000 jews living in palestine together with 250,000-300,000 Arab tribes.

So the zionists started buying lands from the British & shipping Russian, Polish and German jews into Palestine. Then when the jewish population reached 600,000 Britain pushed the UN & its allies to recognize Israel as a country, on a land that even they didn't own!

This military "forging" became successful after the US injected $106,000,000,000 of American taxpayers' money into Israel on top of previous tens of millions by Rothschilds, gave Israel thousands of top grade jet fighters and bombers and high-tech weapons mostly for free. At the same time Israel and US placed an embargo on Palestinians & blocked food, building materials and medicine from entering Palestine.

Another fact to remember is that the zionist jews who run Israel would not give back any part of that stolen land unless by force so it's a waste of time to ask them to respect Palestinians' rights because zionists are no different than nazis, arrogant supremacists with no respect for others.

Their future plan involves takeover of all lands from west of Iran to north africa, including Saudi Arabia and Iraq.

Dan this issue of US Imperialism, Militarism and Hypocrisy

by amirparvizforsecularmonarchy on

has a parrell in the IRI which the USA imposed on Iranians after successfully deceiving many in the 1979 coup, while Palestine's people are not the primary concern of Iranians (except in a humanitarian way) this does expose US policy for Iranians too and the US success at keeping Islam in govt in iran which most Iranians oppose.

Fair negotiations doesn't pay the rent. Stealing freedom and creating war and poverty does. That is why it has great lessons for Iranians.

Except for a few paid sympethizers who beat their chest for the Persian-hating Pals (they like Iranian money, though), nobody cares about the Pals or the Israeli's topic. Yeah yeah, its sad, but so is the situation in my motherland with the mullahs....
