French Tabloid ICI PARIS published before the Revolution reveals Shah is sick and should be operated. The Shah was to be effectively ill by a fatal cancer but at the time of the publication of this tabloid ( mid 70's) no official announcement of the monarch's disease was ever divulged to the international of national press.
