Dear Friends

My name is Saeed Momtazi and I am psychiatrist and researcher at UCLA. I'd like to let you know that we are conducting a study that will examine the quality of life, mental health and drug use knowledge among Iranians outside of Iran. This study uses an anonymous online 15 minute survey.

Anybody over the age of 18, living outside of Iran, was born in Iran, or at least one of her/his parents was born in Iran is eligible to participate in this survey. After finishing the survey anonymously, participants can enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a new iPad 3 (16G with wifi).
