Thank you :o)
by IRANdokht on Mon Jul 27, 2009 11:55 AM PDTThank you my green friends! We'll be winners as long as we side with our people.
Ziba Shirazi spoke about how she's realized that she's been a prejudicial activist. She went on explaining how the world's support means so much to us now and how we should be aware of what's going on everywhere in the world. She encouraged people to speak up for human rights and be aware of the violations anywhere they happen.
It was a heartfelt speech followed by her new song in English. The statement was not recorded in this clip:

Demanding?!
by Anonymouse on Mon Jul 27, 2009 10:19 AM PDTNah never! Although, I have dealt with a lot of demanding people (Iranians and Americans of 2 generations) and know the word intimately and thus the reason I felt the pull to respond :-) anyway, the reason I asked because you said Maz was the MC and since I am a big fan I wanted to see him. Thanks for posting it.
Everything is sacred.
Thanks

You're too kind but I didn't do much reporting, I was very busy talking to my relatives who just came from Iran and listening to their stories. I didn't have time to write about the rally... Thank you for your comment
Azarin jan
I am still looking for that BBC report to see your son's smooth moves ;-) and I looked through the video on FB to find him too but couldn't! It was great spending time with you and your beautiful family again. Thanks hun!
Ari jan I sent you the second clip too. Thanks for your comment.
Anonymouse has anyone ever told you that you are a little too demanding sometimes? ;-) (I had to find you the extra clips while I was on the phone.) Maz did a fantastic job. He joked around at times but he was always smart about it, no groaners...
Thanks for your comment GR Let's all unite and hope for a free Iran.

Thank you Irandokht
