One of the great things about these modern publishing tools is that they allow you to collect and categorize all sorts of activities that take place on a web site.

Last night our chief tech guy Foaad emailed me a list of the most discussed features of 2009. Then I thought why not offer readers similar lists from the past year?

If you look at the left column, you will see a list under "2009 Top Features". I'll copy them here:

-- Articles
-- Blogs
-- Photo and Art essays
-- Most discussed
-- Iranians of the day

Enjoy!

(Thanks Foaad!)

You could

also add a feature like youtube stats or regional graphs to break down the visitors per country . more toys for Foad to play with , i guess . Needless to say, JJ & Foad ;thx for the B+ moderation & A+ maintenance job on this free to rant medium;:).

Cheers!!!

Thanks JJ!

I quickly looked at the most viewed articles and other provided stats and the result was kind of interesting:

The articles written by “Parinaz Samii” have in average 20,000 viewers and they are among top 8/10 of the most viewed articles in 2009.

I don’t want to conclude anything, but everyone can get some fact out of the published stats.
