Hello!  I have heard a lot about you from the interview, so nice to "virtually" meet.

We were hoping to post the introduction to the issue as an article.  The introduction is written by Persis Karim and Narin Rahimieh.  What do you think? In the meantime, I will paste in our table of contents, below.
