Reminds me of the masterful  Farsi tranlations of Western movies, back in the old days; they usually turned out much funnier than the original. For example, in "Rocky", someone teases Rocky by saying "Rocky!", and when he says "what?", he'd say "Go f*ck yourself", and Rocky tries to go after him. In the Iranian version, he tells Rocky:" Rocky,....laayegheh zeereh khaakee!", before Rocky launching at him.
