    I don't have a Ph. D, only a Master's degree! I really want to have a Ph. D in my next life! :O)

A couple of weeks ago, I saw Shaq O'Neal on the Daily Show. He said he is getting his Ph. D pretty soon and he is writing his dissertation. I think if you are very determined, you will get your Ph. D!

I am actually thinking about applying for a doctoral program. I have been researching possibilities in Texas and I can't seem to find the right program. I might have to leave Texas if I wish to accomplish this academic goal. 

 Did you have to do something similar to work on your advance degree? If so, was it a good choice?

When his song just got released, the radio stations played it a lot and I really liked it, so I bought his CD. The guy is Jewish!

     "Steadfast" sounds very formal and sophisticated. "Steadfast" appears in the Bible in many different places!

I have not given up on you and I as "us".

Natalie when you say, you thought I have given up on you and then you go on to say oh no I have not given up, it's not clear if he meant to give up on you on purpose or if he has some personal issues and thinks it means that you'll give up on him.

So it's like haggling like wait I have not nagged you to death to make you wish you have never expressed any interest in even thinking of giving up on me!  Like who are you to give me the it's not you it's me routine!?!

And then you use the word steadfast like a hard stop.  I love you and then screeeeech steadfast!  The title is good but the word steadfast doesn't rhyme!  Anyway, don't mind my comment.  carry on!
