This video has been published by a recently launched campaign, documenting Reza Pahlavi and his legal team's efforts in the past 8 months to acheive the objective of including a detailed and comprehensive legal dossier on UN Security Council's Agenda for a ICC referral and instigation of investigation into the allegation of Crimes Against Humanity as Islamic Republic has not ratified the Rome Statute. A new camapaign has now been set up by a group of HR activists in order to raise awareness about the deteriorating situation of Human rights in Iran and to pursuade Lawmakers, Politicians and key decision makers from US, UK, France and Germany to support this good cause for a possible referral to International Criminal Court. This campaign will also ally with Syrian human rights activists to compile a report based on testimonies taken from the Syrian army deserters on Islamic Republic's intervention in current bloody repression taking place in Syria. This report will also supplement Emmanuel Daoud's report (Reza Pahlavi's Lawyer) and hence increase the chance of ICC referral.

Zendanian, most Iranians are choosing Monarchy through their
by amirparvizforsecularmonarchy on Sun Aug 19, 2012 12:18 PM PDTactions. Irans history shows this is repeating itself, through the thoughts of those who created our national culture. The days of Paris Deciding, 1979, and shipping over a mullah to overthrow the national culture of Iran are over. Of course once one accepts the principle of birth right and heredity, they are not following dictates because they have made the choice regarding having a king based on birth right, so its not that they do not have a choice. Once you choose monarchy, the other choices are then automatically made and are not based on a vote. It is why purchasing a reputation and acting hypocritically, the basis of democratic systems, does not ocur with a monarchy.
It is also why Monarchys are not considered the source of the most extreme dictatorships in History, which democratic systems give rise to. Just Look at the criminal and uncontested use of power by Obama with out even bothering to lie to anyone like Bush did, by entirely going past the process of even holding a discussion and killing ghadafi after teaming up with US allies to arm and pay for an uprising against Libya, unlawful on every level, internationally, US constitution etc etc, yet he's running again after committing crimes that are not even questioned.
Insulting the Collective Intelligence of the Iranian Nation.
by Zendanian on Sun Aug 19, 2012 12:21 PM PDTMonarchists have a very long and extended tradition in that regard.
What they forget is that Human Rights campaigns against IR have been going on for the past 33 years, and they're nothing but a bunch of johny come lately.
How could anyone with an iota of integrity, self-respect and intelligence take monarchists claims of Human Rights seriously while their 'spokespersons' in here:
- defend SAVAK and its murderous past,
- issues diktats for 75 million Iranians, that Iranian people have no choice but a long banished, cruel, violent, dysfunctional, bakrupt system.
A grain of decency would come a long way for this bunch, but decency and monarchy in Iran have been eternally opposed to each other. Cheers

Fedora, for a crown?
by Zendanian on Sun Aug 19, 2012 12:06 PM PDTOur little monarchists in here have decided everything in advance for 75 million Iranians. Iranian people don't even have the right to decide!
It's all been decided for 75 million Iranians from Paris.
Anyone coming up with these kinds of diktats for 75 million other people, is either hearing voices in the head, or is really taking their little fedora for a crown, or both.
Then again Facism is a long standing tradition for monarchists. They even joined hand in hand with Nazis in Sweden to show their true colors, just a few weeks ago.
