If it were in the hands of the Islamists, they'd be either destroyed or locked up in sub-standard conditions.

Our local museum here has done a wonderful job in preserving and exhibiting the artistic heritage of Persia.

I myself have over the years donated thousands of dollars worth of rare books of Persian art to top American academic libraries. All of them gratefully accepted the books.

wonder, where were the rest of the country to come to the help of بی‌ لیاقت  Gajar to kik russians out of  "marze" Iran and reduce the causulty of civilians in Tabriz to save the" بوم" say the least!

والا به نظر میاد، زمانی‌ که روس‌ها به کاخ‌های تبریز و بقیه شهر‌های ایران رسیدند، هرچیزی که براشون جالب بود را توقیف کردند و بردند. این نقاشی برای همین از موزه آرمیتاژ سر در آورد.
