How can Iran be helped?

- Enhancing communication systems. Expanding Internet access, cellphone access, radio and TV access.

- Building community centers and libraries.

- Establishing councils and community groups. City beautification group; health research group; exercise and sport groups.

- Statistics gathering systems, organizations and activities. Avery detailed Statistics institution, as well as grass root (volunteer/informal)statistics/pole/census data gathering.

- Social networking web sites that are not in any way antagonisticto the government but provide networking opportunities.
