Middle East. The domonstraion is still going on according to video feed. All kind of faces. Middle Easterns, whites, black Aficans and 6 jews. 3 jews supported Israel' war on Gaza and 3 were from Jewish American for peace organzination all in the same location with 700 to 800 pro Palestinian demonstrators.

There are so many young kids and teenagers among the crowd, animated and vocal. Holding Palestinian flags, wearing the scarf. Palestinian flags are all over the place. And signs "No US TaxesIsrael", read one.
Cars beep their horns in support of the demonstrators.This is the new face of the world and humanity on display in the heart of Silican Valley.

and protest on the streets of your city. Leaders of U.S. Senate defend Israel’s war on Gaza. New York mayor goes to Israel to defend Israel’s action. U.S. represntative at the United Nations Vetoes Security Councils request for stopping the Genocide of Palestinian at the hands of Israel’s army, president elect Obama stays silent.

Any sane human being would be wondering why we are still defending Israel’s war on Gaza.

Thanks Monda jan

I wrote an email to Senators Feinstein and Boxer.  Not the most professionaly written email and definitely not eloquent, but I think I made my point.

 

Are we going to sit silently and watch the civilians be massacred in Gaza?
I am outraged at the humanitarian crisis in that region and appalled by the complete indifference of my country and disgusted by your support of the most heinous criminals! 
We're supposed to be the leader of the free world and we're allowing bullying, massacre and genocide to happen with the weapons that our tax dollars paid for.
I wonder how you'd felt if there were 400 Israelis dead in a 3-day bombing campaign!
Shame on us for allowing it, shame on us for not speaking up.
