Sexual harrassment is something that you need to address right away.  If you are not ready to publicize it, email the instances to JJ / admin.  If the allegations are true, this is one instance I would not mind blocking a user.  Although the blocked users tend to register under a different name, but at least they are exposed to all, and they have to acquire a whole new character before we say they are unique and not different than the blocked user.

I am sorry that this has happened to one of the nicest ladies on this site.
