Party is Life and Life is a party
by Orang Gholikhani on Wed Feb 23, 2011 06:58 AM PSTThanks Anahid jan and Esfand for your comments,
Anahid jan, I leave Esfand let you know what he would like exactly mean by his comment even if I could guess.
This one is not really a noorooz poem from my point of view, Have a look at my comment about Cabaret,

Great poem Orang jan
by Anahid Hojjati on Wed Feb 23, 2011 06:19 AM PSTDear Orang, as we get closer to NoRooz, we get in the mood for some NoRoozi poems. Your poem has that feel but I don't get what Esfand means about latest technology. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful poem.

Cabaret
by Azadeh Azad on Wed Feb 23, 2011 02:27 AM PSTOrang jan: I too have seen Cabaret several times. Considering your beautiful poem, I think I'd like to watch it again to be inspired for a new poem :-). It is one of my favourite musicals. There is this underlying heartbreak in all its ''happy'' songs that is so very touching.

by Orang Gholikhani on Wed Feb 23, 2011 12:47 AM PSTHi Azadeh Jan
Thanks for your comment. It is amazing you remarked this image.
Actually for this one, I've been onspired by Cabaret Movie //en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabaret_(film), which I've seen at least 10 times. hopefully in France, it is also broadcasted regularly by TV and I watched it again last week. Go and rent the DVD ;-)
Love it
by Azadeh Azad on Tue Feb 22, 2011 04:29 PM PSTOrang Jan,
I love your poem and its message. I love the part where you say:
Scream frantically
In the roar of the passing train
I have done it a few times in my life, and I bet you too have done it. It’s such an exhilarating experience. You become one with the sound. Very Zen :-)
Cheers,
Azadeh
