thanks for all the comments , however for the past few months i have gone through many blogs on this site about the competence of McCain and Palin and every time I bring up their incompetence someone quickly points out some unsupported reason why I’m wrong and how an Obama/Biden ticket  is the worst choice . now videos like this of both McCain and Palin are all across the web I was hoping for once to get their supporters to explain to me and all the other “liberal nut jobs” how they believe this person is more qualified than Obama or Biden, please make YOUR Case for this women, because maybe I’m missing something really I mean I just want to know how people are even considering someone like Palin to hold the second highest position in this country.

While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75-year old Texas rancher whose hand was caught in a gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man.

Eventually the topic got around to Sarah Palin and her bid to be a heartbeat away from being President .

The old rancher said, 'Well, ya know, Palin is a post turtle.'

Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a post turtle was.

The old rancher said, 'When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, it's a post turtle.'

The old rancher saw a puzzled look on the doctor's face, so he continued to explain.

'You know she didn't get up there by herself, she doesn't belong up there, she doesn't know what to do while she is up there, and you just wonder what kind of dumb ass put her up there to begin with.

I'm not sure where I saw the interview with the both of them but Katie was really pushing the comment about Pakistan.  Watching McCluess was like watching a rat drown.  His hands were all over the place... his eyes were darting here and there... and you could literally hear him saying.... "what the hell have I done!"  I had a brief moment of pity.  Seriously, I did.  Not for him of course but for all the people who have supported him and are looking at his campaign unraveling by the minute.

Isn't that just the worst!   How utterly embarrassing it is to say I'm from South Carolina...lol.

I was talking to my niece the other day, she's a junior in high school, and she used the phrase "and the such".  I was APPALLED...:-)  I don't know if it's the "catch phrase" for teens today but I told her NEVER to use it again. 

Did I hear somewhere that McClueless was considering dropping her or was that just wishful thinking?  NO... what am I saying!  I hope they don't drop her.  I can't wait for the VP debate next week.  That ought to be a hoot!

McCain hasn't lost the elections and they are using every tactic to make sure they don't lose.

Didn't you hear, he stands for reform and is against the special interest groups influencing the politians in the country also. His request for a huge freebee grant to oil companies a few months ago, is due to the oil companies not having milked the people enough.

There's 28 million DVDs being distributed freely in the undecided swing states, as an insert in dozens of newspapers inciting fear and terror scare & aimed at indirectly gaining more votes for McCain, and of course, for more required wars, according to the neocons. It's all for the interest of the American public, while the real intention is to dupe them again. I think the DVD is called Obsession, Radical Islam's ....

I hope the Democrats respond by a free DVD of theirs to calm the voters in those states that they too are against radicals and terrorists, and for the voters not to fall for such fear tactics aimed at gaining more votes for McCain.

I hope the Democrats make & distribute a free DVD at the swing states, very quickly.

Palin the Pawn

I am most critical of the McCain organization for putting this woman in the public eye before she was properly groomed. With the proper training and experience she could have presented as a viable VP and possibily even as a president. But the GOP did not wait until she was ready. They thrust her into the public eye while she was still putting on her makeup. Now she will much like Stockdale the running mate of Ross Perot, go down in history as an incompetent. She has been violated. McCain and camp should be ashamed.
