When you make lame claims

by Iran 2050 on

When you make lame claims that someone who is opposing your views is “not an Iranian” as a mean to counter his argument shows the bankrupt nature of your own argument and lack of ability to conduct civility and empirical thinking. That’s all you really can say about that.

And as far as always playing the victim role and talking about foreign occupation where as you don’t talk about your own country’s occupation for other countries (As I clearly mentioned below, and as Pahlavi and even IRI ideologues left this part of our history out deliberately so the “we our always the victim” mentality that holds nations back but strives people for a “leader”, remains amongst us) and continuing insults and bashings, are also signs of lack of objectivity and empirical thinking.

But again, what do we expect of close to 80 years of intense indoctrination of our people during Pahlavi and IRI reigns? We shouldn’t expect much. Those ideologues have created an entire army of Iranian bigots and non objectives. The root case is each of them preached extremism in their own way. Pahlavi preached nationalist extremism and IRI shite (not Islamic, because shiteism has little to do more with Islam, more with Zoroastrianism frankly) and nationalist extremism. Ahamdi Nejhad himself is an extreme nationalist unfortunately similar to that army of bigots and thugs we have out there.

So sad for Iran.

Arabs before revolution didn't dare to rename persian Gulf

by Arash Kamangir on

The young generation need to know that all attempts by arabs to rename persian Gulf has started after the catasrophy of 1979 and before that they did not dare to talk about this. This is another present from mullahs to Iran.

“we will see that during

by Iran 2050 on

we will see that during the 3000 years of our history we never have been the aggressor to start a war.”You must be kidding, right??? I mean how can someone be so unaware of historical facts???? Again, you are the type who thinks Iranians are just this heavenly people who have done nothing but good!! No one with their head in the rights place can claim that! Where should we start, lets start from the beginning, 1-        Koroush’s invasions of Babylon, Lydia and elsewhere.

2-     Khashayarshah’s invasion of Egypt.

3-     Dariush’s invasion of Greece and Poland.

4-     Khosrow Parviz invasion of most of Roman empire and Egypt.

5-     Mahmood Ghaznavi’s invasion of India.

6-     Nader Shah’s invasion of India.

And honestly, these are the major ones. We’re not talking about other kings’ territorial expansion in the Northeast of Iran, the invasion of lands south to the Persian Gulf (Which we call now the Gulf states), and others. And those are just direct military invasion of other nations without any justification. We’re not even talking about the new style IRI brought in, which is, interfering and trying to export its revolution to every country it possibly can (Starting with Iraq, which led to Saddam invading Iraq out of fear for his rule, and most recently Bahrain, Egypt, S Arabia, Yemen, Afghanistan, Turkey, Lebanon, Tunisia, and again, Iraq!), and you have the audacity to tell me “Iran hasn’t been the aggressor””??????? How much can someone be brainwashed? Amazing!

As far as I see here

by areyo barzan on

as far as I can see here, there is only one person who mixes up protecting ones national interest political integrity and heritage with racism and keeps calling anyone who dares to raise a voice of concern over our rights, a racist, a bigot and even a faschist.

As long as everyone else respects integrity of our bordrs and our right to what is rightfully ours we have no problems with any of our neighbours being Arab, Truk Afgan or other and we always hve shown to be ready to assist and cooperate with then as best as we could

if we actualy have bothered to read our history we will see that during the 3000 years of our history we never have been the agressors to start a war.

From the time of babilonians to Alexander and the Greeks to the Romans  right up to the invesion of out country by alied forces during WW2 to the invesion of our land by one Saddam hosein we have always been the victim of other tyrants misadvanture. so we had to raise and defend ourselves and our interest.

time an again we showed to be quiet good at it as well. this is why I find it so insulting when someone goes and call us racist s and agressors

The coutries to the south of Persian Gulf as well as the West are also very much aware of this fact and that is why they never dare to go further than empty words

No one has an issues with

by Iran 2050 on

No one has an issues with protecting one’s heritage as the heritage of any nation belongs to the heritage of ALL nations as WORLD HERITAGE, the problem arises when one’s heritage is mixed with bigotry, with racism, with insulting others, with turning the clock back and trying to go back into history and claim lands that have been tossed around centuries ago claiming its ours (Are you ready to conceive and give Iran back to the pre Aryan nation of Illamites – Oh I forgot, the Aryans committed genocide against the Illamites although they took their science and literature for their own benefit!!! – or that doesn’t count as “history”??? – History only counts when it’s in your benefit!!).

I don’t want a heritage that is filled with insulting our neighbors, with thinking our s..t doesn’t stink, think we are better race, think our heritage is “godly and heavenly!! And unmatched”.., I don’t want that. I want an Iranian heritage that while it’s proud of its roots and its different aspects, it is civilized, peace loving, human being loving, and neighborly, respectful, and gentle heritage. I don’t want a heritage where “we think we should re-create the Persian Empire”. “or take arms and starting attacking other independent nations cause we think their land belongs to us”….I mean how backward and Fascist type mentality is that?

Is that too much to ask?

Point well made

by areyo barzan on

Thank you reza.

Separation of Bahrain from Iran was a mistake and an act of treason by the previous regime and if we a going to open the book about our territory or what is rightfully ours and what is not then not only Bahrain should also be returned to Iran, but also the treaties of Torkmanchay and Golistan need to be annulled (as they were for only one hundred years and already expired) and hence Azerbaijan, caucuses and the entire Caspian sea should be returned to us.

P.S now before anyone resorts to insult and accusations please go and read your history and educate yourself about the content and terms of these two treaties.

Why is it that every time these people want to steal something from us they shove internationalism into our face but when it comes to them honouring their obligation they will conveniently ignore all international rules and resort to their own ultra nationalism or in case of Google their financial interests prevails over any international law or historical fact? Don’t you think something smells awfully fishy here?

If we are talking about international laws then we should stop being hypocrites at least and sweep all with the same brush?

How come any other nation have the right to protect their heritage , political and economical interest and the integrity of their borders but if God forbids Iranian’s try the same they will be labelled and ultra nationalist, racist and even fascists.

We really need to ask ourselves whose side we are really on

Iran 2050

When are we Iranians going

by Iran 2050 on

When are we Iranians going to learn that over-nationalism and over-patriotism is wrong and destructive? When are we going to realize that racism is wrong and destructive? When are we going to learn that dreaming for a “Persian” or “Aryan” empire and a world where Arabs, Turks, and others are vanished is morally wrong and embarrassing? When???

When are we going to let go of this Persian Gulf controversy?

ATTENTON ALL ULTRA-NATIONALIST IRANIANS:

First of all, thank you for destroying Iran with your destructive and intolerant and tracist views and behavior! Second, WE DO NOT OWN THE PERSIAN GULF! PERSIAN GULF IS INTERNATIONAL WATER! WE DO NOT OWN NAMING RIGHTS TO THE PERSIAN GULF!! HOPE THIS GOES THROUGH YOUR CLOSE MIND!

You know what, let whoever want to call it something else to go ahead and do so…what do we have to lose? The U.N officially calls it Persian Gulf because that’s the historical name for it, and that’s all that is matters. If you are objective, then facts say this is Persian Gulf, it has been always called that. Now who cares if they come out and call it the Arabian Gulf?? Why are we turning this into some hatred and bashful racism towards Arabs as we do with everything else? Isn’t it enough that we have, shamefully, belittle and bash and curse our neighbors (not just Arabs) for as long there was a nation called “Persia” ? (Yes we used to do that way before the Islamic invasion!!!) Isn’t this racism and hatred enough? When are we going to stop this unacceptable and barbaric behavior?

The fact of the matter is there are many instances like this around the world where one country calls an Island or Sea or even territories within another country with names of its choose. Who cares? Let’s move on to the real important issues.

Let’s not think that they call it the Persian Gulf because we, as Persian, are just “better” and “deserve” it more than others...!!! Its just a name for god sake! And..WE DON’T OWN NAMING RIGHTS FOR IT!

Let’s move on already!
