Immortal Guard

My two cents!

by Immortal Guard on

Nobody disputes the fact that there were most likely discriminations against the Jews in Iran. But that discrmination has to be put into its historical context and has to be compared to the situation of Jews elsewhere in the world. As far as I know the Jews in Iran were never systematically persecuted like in Christian Europe.

The people of a country have as a collection of individuals an individual identity and a collective identity. One cannot vouch for the individual identity of a few close-minded individuals. But the Iranians in general have a far more benign collective identity than the other two major dominant ethnic groups in the Middle-east, namely the Arabs and the Turks. I think that any Armenian would agree that the Persians are collectively better people that the Turks and any Jew would admit that the Persians have been far nicer towards them than the Arabs. So the Iranians in general treate their minorities far better than others. The Iranian hospitality is quite reputable worldwide. But that does not mean that it should be taken for granted and abused.

The majority of the Iraqi Jews were forcefully pushed out of Iraq and even now Egypt, Israel's so-called moderate Arab neighbour, has far fewer Jews living there than Iran despite its current governmental rhetoric against Israel. During the recent protests in Egypt the Jewish business people were amongst the first to flee Egypt precipitously.

This guy's name is Kourosh. How nice of him to have stuck to his Persian name. I knew Jews who all changed their names. I know a Persian Jew who changed his name from Kourosh to Kevin!!??

The upper level Jews in Iran were called Kalimis and they were very well integrated into the Iranian society. They socialized with the Iranians and had more or less the same culture. What is such a disaster is that they use a friendly veneer only to gain intimate acces into the Persian inner circles and when it comes to their advantage they would not shy from doing the unthinkable and betray their friends. Afterall a Persian is a Goyim too??? Of course in the melee they would sacrifice a few of their own in order to fudge or eliminate any tracks left behind. That is a common tactic.

I feel sorry for them and their past history. I feel sorry that they sometimes cannot master their inner evil and act as a "mad spirit". I do not blame them and can understand the roots.

The other problem with the Jews is that they have collectively got used to negative attention and that kind of thinking and paranoia also causes them to see the world as being generally against them.

I wish them a geographically viable land of their own where they can live in peace with their neighbours. I even feel that it is incumbent upon the United Nations to make sure that the Jews can live in their land in complete peace and security. Any decent person with a good understanding of history should advocate and work actively for that. But before that can happen they have to lose their power base in the United States and Israel has to be disarmed of its weapons of mass destruction so that they cannot do any more harm to others.
