Bebin TV certainly does or rather did. They hope to go on Satellite TV soon but from Great Britain after having reported essentially from LA:

I hope that the BBC or VOA persian will be inspired to have more programs with this type of spirit initiated by Bebin TV that bridges a certain cosmopolitan touch which characterizes most Iranian in the Diaspora with a genuine need to connect to their roots back home.

An Identity that does not evolve is doomed to dissappear and culture can only thrive by contact with other cultures and mindsets in order to reach a common universality while maintaining its own unique approach or outlook. But Curiosity has the be what drives any people regardless of their rich and great past and culture.

The Bottom Line I think should be CURIOSITY in Ourselves and Others ...

That is my opinion at least to your interesting question.

So Keep an Eye for the Guys from Bebin TV in the future ;0)
