سازگاری میان جمهوریت و جنبه ولایت فقیه در نظام اسلامی ازجمله مباحث تئوریکی بود که از ابتدای برقراری جمهوری اسلامی تاکنون همواره موضوع بحث متفکرین این حوزه بوده است. از همان روز های آغازین انقلاب اسلامی تا کنون نظریه ها و اندیشه های متعددی در تایید و یا رد این سازگاری ارايه شده است. اما این نظریه ها در عمل تا چه اندازه با واقعیت های جاری ایران منطبق است؟

by salman farsi on Mon Jul 11, 2011 03:40 AM PDTI cannot imagine if any of you pseudo-critics have bothered to investigate let alone to read, "Hekmat va Hokumat", the first and the only scholarly work ever to be published which proved through the Islamic rules of "kalaam" and "fiqh" the false basis of the doctorine of velayat-e faqih and showed the clear incompatibility of this doctorine with "jomhouriat" - republic.
