I totally Agree with Ali.P , but I would like to add this , no more automatic job assignment to  people because they have been working on different  position on opposing IRI.

All the job assignment should be put for public  scruitny( even though IRI still in power) with transparency .All the candidates need  to accept character check.These people have to denounce their affiliation with any party or political group and take an oath of office to work for the good of nation.They should be held accountable and also financially secured to prevent any  corruption.

No winning party has the right to choose  or  form the cabinet   , all the cabinet members are  non partisan and shall have no loyalty to any party but the country and accountability to nation.These people are hired  and employed by nation based on their credential and 

abilityh to perform the assigned job by nation or a committee. 

The election is  held only for the purpose of selecting representative from nation( formed in their  choice of party) to   approve  or reject the guidelines and bills produced by the cabinet members .

President will be from the winning party with majority in election only for ceremonial power to represent Iran in national or international affairs.

In case of people accepting Monarchy, The King's job should be the same as president.The rest of his familly will  be considered commoner with  no special privileges.He and a representative from all ethnic groups will be the symbol of unity and equality for all.

You don't own your sister.

You don't take the law into your own hands.

Everyone is equal under the law.

One could use the name of Allah, Mohammad, Imam Hossein,your father, or your sister in vein, and you are not allowed to get physical, or call for his head.

Atheists can freely question God.

Homosexuality - just like religion- is a private matter.

 

One can express their opinion, with a very few exeptions: hate speech, offensive speech, tasteless speech, are all protected.

One adheres to the vote of majority, whether one likes it or not.

Nothing, and nobody, is sacred, or above the law.

You have to respect one thing, and only one thing: the Law.

 

 

 

These are the concepts average Iranian on the street needs to get used to, if we ever want to embrace democracy. I, for one, could not care less if we have a King, or a President.

اول بیاید این رژیم شیطانی اخوندی را به درک بفرستیم بعدش بیایم ببینیم که ایا هنوز ازادی و دموکراسی را می فهمیم و یا نه و حداقل دو سال ملت ما بایستی فش خواهر و مادررا به همدیگر بدندو وقتی از این مرحله تمام شدند  و همدیگر مزدور و جاسوس خواندن تمام شدند، ان موقعه است چند سالی هم مصدق  بعد رضا شاه کبیر و محمد رضا شاه مهربان و ایران دوست را بیاد بیاوریم که بله همه اینها ایرانی بودند و خمینی و خامنه ای بودند که مادر همه ما را سرویس کردند و این دو جانوران اخوندی بودند که ایران را ویران کردند ، نه مصدق و نه رضا شاه و نه محمد رضا شاه. پس اول بیاید خانه را بسازیم وبعد از ۸۰ میلیون ایرانی بپرسیم که  کدام یک از این دو راه را می خواهید .

As for the moderator, Dariush Karimi, I am afriaid I hold my vote as his previous performances in similar debates were bordering disasterous. These Persian BBC guys hardly do their homework - this one was different though.
