To Sasha: veil covers the hair

In Islamic Republic of Iran , when condemned women are brought out for public execution they are covered in black chadoor (veil), head to toe. One of the purposes of chadoor is to cover the hair, so how much hair a female victim of public execution would have is difficult to tell.
