Nations define their relationships based on a number of interactions, but when it comes to going to war there should be only one standard: whether a nation’s very existence or a vital national interest at stake. Nothing else justifies the unintended consequences that inevitably result from warfare, and nothing less merits sending one’s sons and daughters to their possible deaths. In this age of nation-building and regime-change, that fundamental principle has been blurred, but it remains as true now as it did when Machiavelli first examined war’s place in the art of statecraft. War opens the gates of hell, releasing a Pandora’s box of evils. It should be the last option, only resorted to ... >>>

Smhb, I know
by Farhad Kashani on Fri May 29, 2009 05:32 PM PDTSmhb,
I know you’re a bully-wannabe and someone who lacks smallest sense of decency and character. I know that just like your beloved Fascist IRI regime which think its “pissing off America by its propaganda and the things it says”, you’re trying to do the same, but, what you’re missing is I’m just like America, calm and cool, and will not let “children in the body of grown ups” like you, whom are pissed already about who they are and what they’re lacking and who haven’t been taught manners or civil behavior, get under my skin! You didn’t need to tell me that aziz! We already knew that. All pro Fascism people like you are like that. Just wanted to let know you, you have met your worst nightmare jaanam!!! Haven’t you heard the phrase “pish-e-ghazi o maskhareh baazi”!!!!
If you think I got upset, you’re dumber than I thought!!

America is not an empire.
by Farhad Kashani on Thu May 28, 2009 02:33 PM PDTAmerica is not an empire. No evidence to show it is an empire. But since you’re talking about how an “Empire” has no standards, are you including Persian, Islamic, Roman, Mongolian, Spanish, British, French and other empires in this too? Should those people pay a price for their “empires”? Should these people be bashed and be called all kinds of names also? Or is it only when it comes to America? So, falsely claim that America is an empire, then bash it! But others, let it slide!!!
This double standard that you anti American, pro Fascist regime, misguided and brainwashed people use has lost its affect. It doesn’t work anymore.
Wonderful Article thanks
