Green Dance

The annual Persian Family Festival of Norouz at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana, California, on March 6, 2011 was no doubt an event to remember. I enjoyed each and every minute and each and every performance, however, the performance that stood out and stole my heart was the first dance by the Djanbazian Dance Company which was dedicated to the Green Movement of Iran. The emotionally beautiful dance by a group of beautiful dancers clad in green, brought tears to many eyes.

Well We may never acheive such a goal in our life time. So what do we do. Have a sad and misrable time in the mean time. I don't think I like that. Some people try to make me misrable because I challange people with authority. I still laugh at them. I try very hard to make bullies feel really bad beause I keep laughing at them.

Ms. Janbazian has also composed a ballet of Zal and Rudabeh, the famous love story of Shahnameh, what could be better. Let's dance in colorful clothes, sing, read the Shahnameh, ....celebrate and preserve our culture and language and disobey IR.

همین عزاداری و تو سر زنی و شید و شهید بازی و موعظه بود که آخوند رو آورد تو ایران. ایرانی جماعت رو باید گریه انداخت تا بلند شن یک کاری کنند. ایرانی تا وقتی که دمبل و دمبک و رقاص بازی و چلو کبابش بپاست سرش گرمه و هیچ پخی نمیشه.

Instead let's hold national azaadaari ceremonies in our community and cultural centers abroad. Instead of dancing, let's moan and cry.

رقاص بازی و چلو کباب خوری. هر جا یک جشنی، رقصی، چیزی باشه سر و کله ایرانیها پیدا میشه. بجای این کارها برین از مصریها و تونسیها و لیبیها یاد بگرید و کشورتون رو آزاد کنید.
باهاتون هم شرط میبندم که بیشتر کس‌هایی که در این جشن و رقاص بازی هستند اول تابستون هم که میشه چمدونشون رو میبندند و راهی ایران میشند و همین بساط رو اونجا هم راه میندازند.

ببینم این فستیوال در راستای همدردی با هموطنان ستم دیده و کتک خورده و شکنجه و حبس شده وقایع اخیر بوده یا در ارتباط هموطنان شکم سیر، برنزه شده و بی غم کالیفرنیایی؟
بابا عجب این کالیف نشینان بی خیال و بی غم هستن.
