Awesome!
by G. Rahmanian on Fri Mar 23, 2012 07:38 PM PDTMuch to the chagrin of the anti-Iranian regime's policy makers who for decades have been hard at work to do away with all Iranian festivities and traditions in order to replace them with Shi'ite Islamist ceremonies, the greatest majority of Iranians mindful of the destructiveness of such policies, have year after year continued celebrating occasions such as the New Year's Day.
More power to patriotic Iranians.
That soil is sacred!
by Arash Kamangir on Fri Mar 23, 2012 09:27 AM PDTThat soil around Naghshe-Rostam and Pasargad and Takhte- Jamshid is sacred. That is why these people have gathered to show their respect. Alexander the great could not break its greatness let alone scum mullahs!
Great video!
by Hafez for Beginners on Fri Mar 23, 2012 08:28 AM PDTWhat a lovely view: The tomb shows up at 2:00 sec. in the video. A while ago, I changed my profile picture to the aerial view of Cyrus's tomb.
(By the way, it has surprised me how many younger Iranians in the US, as well as Americans themselves, don't know that "Cyrus" and "Koorosh" are the same name, Cyrus being the Greek version of Koorosh.)
Great video. Thanks for posting!
