It must have been a bargain price :))
by anglophile on Mon Aug 20, 2012 05:29 AM PDTFor a man who unleashed millions of invisible dollars into the nation's coffers, 10 grand must have been a real bargain to rid of him.
If I were a Mosaddegholahi I wouldn't sell my Imam so cheaply LOL.
and the tradition continues.....

If it wasn't for mistakes of Mosadegh and Tudeh, these clowns
by Zendanian on Sun Aug 19, 2012 02:27 PM PDTwould not have been able to pull of the Coup.
Or at least it wouldn't have been done so easily.
Both Mosadegh (RIP) and Tudeh failed to rally , organize and mobilize the people (many of whom were already in the streets and willing to fight). They both, in different ways, sent people home, promising to call them back at the "righ time." It never happened. And we all ended up paying the price for it.
Roozbeh, Kermit did what was dictated...
by P_J on Sun Aug 19, 2012 02:11 PM PDTto him by the BIG oil interest, supported by the British and the US, the “so called” pillars of the democratic means and inspirations/aspirations and all that nonsense.
I guess when it came down to dollar signs all those aspirations went down the TOILET and NOW we are left with the BACKWARD, Messianic IslamoFascist cult, quite similar to their predecessor and counterpart the Shahollahis.
Charles de Gaulle, the WWII French hero and ex-president, was once asked to define his view of friendship between nations. He responded by saying that, there was only INTEREST(S), clearly ignoring the friendship part.
That means we have to take care of ourselves, by ourselves; first by weeding out vicious traitors like M R Pahlavi, Kashani or opportunistic mass murderers like Khomeini, Khamenei and Ahmadinejad, the village idiot, and the rest and do not feel IMPOTENT; realizing that if they can do it so can we!
The KEY to success in all that lies in EDUCATING people and making sure, guaranteeing, the free flow of INFORMATION!
P.J. so 60 years ago they betrayed their country for $10,000
by Roozbeh_Gilani on Sun Aug 19, 2012 12:27 PM PDTToday, the very same Islamist criminals, Ahmadinezhad and Khamenei are stealing 100s of billions of Dollars of our oil revenue in broad day light. Yet the entire nation, so in shock and terror by hangings, torture and savage medieaval brutality , whould not as much as blink an eye lid. I wonder what kermit Roovelt would think of that?!
MRX: Why should the western oil cartels pay Iran's opposition when no one would serve their interests better than the corrupt, murdering, thieving islamist republic?
"Personal business must yield to collective interest."
If that is the case
by MRX on Sun Aug 19, 2012 12:02 PM PDTthen why dosen't CIA give some money today to anti regime group and over throw IRI.
Roozbeh, I may have some figures for you!
by P_J on Sun Aug 19, 2012 11:35 AM PDTAccording to the CIA account not much! I believe that Kermit Roosevelt, the AJAX planner, put it to be about $10,000.00.
What we DO need is an Assange type personality of the WIKILEAK fame to make that discovery one of these days.
Some sensitive parts of what was disclosed by the efforts of NY Times are still considered top secret and their disclosure against national security.
What we DO know is that M R Pahlavi was a TRAITOR, and the religious community, the Mullahs and the Ayatollahs, and the hooligans like Sha’aban Bi Mokh were the collaborators!
By the same token, I do not believe that anything would or could shame the Shahollahis/Hezbollah cult in any way shape or form, since these are same characteristics possesed by CULTISH figures like Nazi Brown Shirts, GESTAPO, Skin Heads, MEK, Neo-Nazis and/or the Stalinist crowd.
How much did they pay the islamists to overthrow Mossadegh?
by Roozbeh_Gilani on Sun Aug 19, 2012 09:32 AM PDTIslamists had a key role in overthrowing Mossadegh. I guess we have to wait 30 years after the islamist regime is overthrown before knowing the deatils!
"Personal business must yield to collective interest."
Americans have nothing to lose by claiming the 'coup'!
by anglophile on Mon Aug 20, 2012 05:30 AM PDTDown with liars
by Shemirani on Sun Aug 19, 2012 08:02 AM PDTThis is because of all this bullshit that our is destroyed ! all this lies of Ex Revolutionaries ! age tekrar jafangiat khareji khianat be iran nist pas chi behesh mighan !!! what a shame
Thank God
by masoudA on Sun Aug 19, 2012 08:00 AM PDTWe have Scott and Tapesh to keep our focus on Mossadegh vs. Shah.....!!!!
Tafragheh bendaz o hokoomat kon..
BTW - 28 Mordad was the best thing that happened to Iran in the last century.....if not for that American aided uprising...the country would have been handed to the anglo-russian entente in 1954 instead of 1978!! If nothing else it gave Iran an extra 25 years of breathing room!!
