The ultimate poetic justice

by sz (not verified) on

What the men who secretly or equally worst overtly approve of Islamic limitations on women do not understand is what a disservice they are doing to themselves. A woman devoid of her equal rights is akin to a beautiful bird with its wings clipped. That is, the real attributes of its nature is never manifested, living with and loving such being is just self delusion in perpetuity. It could very well be that should the bird had the wings to fly would stick around for the pleasure of the company but without it the man will never truly know his own worth in the eyes of his mate. What a misreable

khaak tu saare pedaret ke nanato zire paa leh mikard...but not all Iranian men are like that...infact most iranian men respect their women more so than any other culture...most of us our real man...most of us are rostame zaman...hosseine zaman...and filled with love for our God, our country, our future, our Islam, and our prophets...don't paint every one with the same color...we showed to the world what we've made of in the WARRRRR...we are real men...we are lions...we will chew the tigerssssss...in the name of HOSSEIN...and YES...our women are like Fatemeh...who suffers his whole life for the sake of her God. Some of us Iranian men are the best...have the most respect for women...but we will not let bad women to destroy our culture.

Pardeh means "pardeye bekArat", the thing our culture is so obsessed about. You know, the same culture that you say has more respect for women than western culture? Hee hee!

first of all as far as ART is considered, is the a very artistic performance, clean poetry, cool effective performance...but...it is sadddddddd...why is being a good wife is being equated to "kulfat"...shame on some Iranian girls for buying this bullshit crap from western culture...our culture (islamic/iranian) does not oppress women...some men oppress women...in general our culture has more respect for women than western culture...who has porn? who has miss-america, miss-world who judge women in sexual way? what does "oon dokhtari ke pardasho dokhteh" mean...what "pardeh"??? can some one answer my question.

Rap at it's best!

I agree 100% with Milan's comments and just want to add that the lyrics make you ashamed of being a man.

Since the revolution the women have been resisting this regime in different ways and forms (such as not succumbing to the islamic dress code) and I strongly believe they are the ones that will eventually bring it down.

I really like this song, especially where it says something to the effect "yeh arreh a een atr e gheyrat beh maa mardaa bepaash!". Sidenote: How did the Persian Gulf get into this song?!!

What powerful lyrics and a well-synced rap. Seldom have I been so impressed by Iranian rap.
