Be that as it may, in the US a person is presumed innocent unless proven otherwise, so publishing such a videotape before a trial could get people into a lot of trouble. In Iran, crimes happen and are hidden by the authorities all the time, so when "proof" in the form of a videoclip is secured, everyone thinks it's fair game to publish it.

Can't tell what's exactly happening on this clip. But one thing is for sure is that it doesn't seem to make much sense for students doing such act in Iran and mostly filming the whole thing...! In the universities of I.R.Iran, a simple ordinary student cannot have a discreet "gooz" without the heraasat knowing about it!? Right at the entrance of the universities, the heraasat controls totally everything that's beyond your imagination! And the same goes all around the campus. So those "students" you see are more like ugly aadam foroush basijis, who did what they had to do exactly like they were suppose to... If that vice president's reputation had to be destroyed and he was framed for whaterver reason,,, well we will not be fooled.
