I take short — very short — walks around the block every day here in Albany/Berkeley, northern California. Doctors orders! My chiropractor says it will help me recover from a lower back injury which has (often) been coming and going for some three years now. Taking pictures of the neighborhood gives me more motivation to get off the couch. By the way, I have no doubt that my neighborhood photo essays will increase the local Iranian population. I mean who wouldn't want to live here? You'll see… in a few years I will get a Certificate of Appreciation from an Iranian mayor.
