Part of “Iranian contingent against war and for Democracy in Iran” organizers participated in the rally against attack on Iran and also use of “Water Boarding” as a torture method used during US interrogations of terrorism suspects. On Wed. Nov. 14th., there was a gathering in UC Berkeley’s Sproul Plaza at noon to protest a possible attack on Iran and also protesting the use of “Water Boarding” as a torture method used during US interrogations of terrorism suspects. There was a good crowd gathered around the speeches and the “water boarding simulation,” which was heart wrenching to watch even in simulation. Most of the protesters were Americans.
