Switzerland’s foreign minister was travelling to Tehran on Sunday to sign a natural gas purchase contract between Iran and a Swiss utility, a deal she said could help ease Europe’s dependence on Russian gas.

So what is the US going to do now? It can’t stop the major banks and finance houses in EU with a fait a complis choice. The US can’t say, “Ok guys, you either stop trading with the US, or stop trading with the Seyyeds in Iran”.
