PHOTO For the 7th time, the mediation attempt to save Behnoud Shojaee from execution failed. The parents of the victim continued to insist on death penalty.
According to Iran’s ghisas laws , it is up to the family of the victim to reverse the death penalty. Last week , Behnoud’s execution was delayed for another month and this seem to be his last chance to obtain pardon from victim’s family.
