The 56th San Sebastian film festival awarded Special Jury Prize to Iranian director Samira Makhmalbaf for her “Two-legged Horse.”
The film is the story of a boy in Afghanistan who is hired to carry around another boy whose father has lost his legs on a mine.
The 37th edition of Montreal Festival du Nouveau Cinema has also invited the “Two-legged Horse” to Canada.
