Metro-Morphosis was the title of a recent exhibition at the Sussex Place Gallery in Victoria, British Coiumbia, Canada. Taking its tone from the concept of metamorphosis – a change of physical form, structure or substance, often of supernatural means – and with echoes of the surreal world of Kafka, the show featured 3-D and 2-D works by three local artists / sculptors, Jan Johnson, Klaus Kinast, and Rick Smith.
