Canadian Actress Nazneen Contractor joins Iranian Canadian Talk Show Host Jian Ghomeshi in Studio Q to discuss life on CBC Television’s “The Boarder” and Stratford’s Shakespearean festival. Contractor is Parsi — Indian of Persian descent — and a Zoroastrian. Yet, she says, she grew up with Muslim friends and patterned Layla on them. Nazneen Contractor plays the new kid on the Immigration and Customs Security team and Graham Abbey plays her partner. The show is shot in Toronto. (CBC)
