I wish that the dictators and the kings of the world and the false people would read one of the book is written about the dictators and their end ends. That the people catch them and hanged them. So they could save themselves and us. And we do not need to kill so many people just for nothing. Mr. Parviz Khatibi had written some books about them, concerning Shahr Hert, Divan Balkh and other…all of them are good books to be read by dictators and these books can give them wise way and guidance, at least to be a good dictator. The books are in sarcastic way and with fun, so the dear dictator will have fun to read those books.
The Balkho or Balkh city had nothing to do with other cities named like that. That is a city with their own inhabitants who are greedy and cruel to other people. In this city there is an eagle which called the king’ eagle. In the time the king is dead or killed or if the president has finished his work after four years. The let the eagle flies and to whom he goes and sit on his head, he will be the king, the president or the leader of the city or he can have all three titles with himself. The eye witness told other people that the super powers that run the whole world gave a silver coin to a bagger and instructed him to stay in the corner of the plaza. And then they fly a computerized eagle and they used new technique and the digital knowledge and guided the eagle on his head and it sits on his head. And the bagger got the title of king, president or leader in the same time. So they gave him their instructors to guild the Balkho city. They wanted that he reduced the population of the city or country of Balkho; he can kill the people by excuses of religion, nationalities, races, colors or other excuses. He should spread out the thieves’ culture, poverty, be against any knowledge and be for killing, rapes, and lie and so the city should be destroyed eventually slowly. The people who remain should be like robots without any feeling, just obeying and going after instruction. They should be indifferent completely and be selfish and ignorant. Any good action should be removed and the people, who do good action, like love, helping and education should be persecuted.
The people should not think properly and should not ask any questions. School and university should just teach the prejudice, hates, disunity and killing or fighting. The bagger who was now the king, president and leader at the same time did all the negative instructions dictated to him and he adds other bad action against the people also. He did even more as his chief wanted. And he was crueler as they thought. He gathers a lot of bad people who always admired him as a God around himself. He robbed the girls and boys and after raping them; he let them to be killed. Or he sold them to the bad rich people. The killers and the thieves got good position in his court and they were free to do what ever they wanted. They were all cruel people and they performed an action so that even their chief could not believe. The people of the country get every day poorer and them afraid the say anything, as the king or leader would kill them right away. Who ever said any critic about the president or king would be arrested and they raped him or her and gave the girls the semen of the cruel people so they get pregnant. After that they would have been kept in the jail until they born their babies. In this time they take the babies and sold the girls or killed them, if nobody wanted to pay for them. If the critics were from the men, they took the men and put their pennies of their bottom and after that they put wooden pennies or bottle in their bottom and destroy their bottom. They killed them or sent to other countries to be sold as slaves.
Many people know that the eagle was guided by the super power and they know that the bagger was paid to stay there to be the king. But nobody could say that. Everybody should obey him totally and do not say any words against him. The king made the people so poor as if they had no saving at all, if they wanted to strict for few day, they have no money to buy food. So they had to work every day and be quite.
The bagger who was a very uneducated person, now he had so much power and money that the old educated people bow in front of him and kissed his hands and feet. The beautiful girls and women wanted to be his companions and as he gave them money, they tried very hard to come to his court. The baggers who pray the whole day to get some messing coins and his dream was to have a nice bed to sleep and good food to eat; now the money of whole country was in his passion and he could spend it how he was pleased with. He took billions of dollars of people money and put in his personal account in other countries. He delivered money not through the bank system, but through the truck and trailer shipped the cash money into his account. Some of his old friends and baggers have a nice life, because he trusted them. But many of them are also be killed by him as he thought they will destroy his position. He closed all ministries or state secretary and opened instead funny ministries or state secretary. He thought killing is a good gift from his God. So he opened a ministry named the ministry of killing and destroying. The ministry of shit and thieves, the ministry of lie and cruelties and he pointed also the state secretor or the minister by himself only.
His true friends the baggers got the positions as state secretor, ambassadors, head of the factories, and general in the army and police forces without having any education in those fields. With his activities the Balkho city which was a middle class state, was now under poverty situation. The thieves and killer have the authorities to do what ever please them. And the ministry of lie said to the people we do not do anything and we do not know anything also. He closed all good school and universities so the people could get any information and they would stay in complete ignorance and stupidity. As the super power dictated him, he should destroy the whole middle class people and change them to poor class. So he wanted as he was instructed to kill people as many as possible with any different excuses like religion, color of skin and so on.
A rich girl told his teacher with crying, I afraid to be poor and old, the teacher said, you are clever, beautiful, and have young rich parent why you afraid so much and why you are crying so hard. She said my parent will die, their wealth will be taken by the king of Balkho, they put me in jail and after coming out of jail, I am old, poor and uneducated. I afraid from that day. She had right in the country in which is no law everything can happen easily. There are no securities and there is no law. A bagger gets a cruel king one day and the other people will be killed because they have other ideas.
The king want to destroy everything so all people in the Balkho city will be baggers like each other, a form of communists. He wanted to release his complexes and he wanted to change everybody to be a bagger. He wanted to kill all people who can think properly and keep those who just admire him and worship him and kiss his feet, hands and ass.
