The Iranian people are about to pay, yet again, for the adventurism and criminal activities of IRR, the Islamist Rapist Republic.
In 1983 the terrorist group Hezbollah murdered 241 American Marines stationed at the Beirut airport. The creator and supplier of the terrorist Hezbollah being the Islamist Rapist Republic, the families of those murdered Marines sued it in court and won a multi billion dollar judgment against it.
Now as partial payment for that judgment the families have begun a legal collection action and are aiming to take ownership of the skyscraper at 650 fifth Ave. in New York which was recently seized by U.S. authority for criminal activities of the IRR.
The former head of the Alvalvi foundation, an Islamist front company operating in U.S. which had expropriated the building owned by the people of Iran has already pled guilty to criminal activity in a U.S. District Court.
If the Judge in this case rules in favor of the murdered victims’ families, as deserving as they are, the chances of the same thing happening to the Chicago case where the ancient Achaemenid (or Persepolis) clay tablets are being eyed by another set of IRR victims increases substantially.
The Federal government has to step in and compensate the deserving victims and not allow the Iranian victims of the Islamist Rapists to be held financially accountable for the Islamists’ criminal activities. That would be punishing the victims, a very un-American thing to do.
