Second, please accept my deepest condolences for your father’s death. May his soul rests in peace and his memory be forever alive with you.
As for your request, I don’t have a specific poem in mind. I believe this is something which depends entirely to the feeling of the person and the inner needs of expression. It is depends also to the personal perception of each person, from his own personal relationship with the lost loved one. For example I personally, chose a Saayeh’s (Houshang Ebtehaj) poem: Parvaz Khakestar for my father’s gravestone. I will post it here below. I will also give you a few poems as suggestion .
