The other day Lady Shirin Ebadi, bless her Nobel Laureate of a heart, had some very interesting things to say about IRR, the Islamist Rapist Republic which bears some closer attention.
Lady Ebadi proposed to the sane world to forego “economic” sanctions which hurt people and instead impose “diplomatic” ones. She suggested the diplomatic relationships should be lowered to the charge d’affaires level and no visa be issued to those IRR personnel involve in the current round of oppressing Iranian people. She also announced her approval of economic sanctions against the Revolutionary Guards.
She also talked about the possibility of changing the current Constitution of the Islamist Rapists with the proviso being:” one has to see what price people have to pay for such change”.
She further said: “Should our goal be stability for the people of Iran, we must follow the process to reach such goal. We must propose a democracy within the context of the current Constitution. In order to have a peaceful atmosphere conducive for holding a referendum, I propose an extra step for a set period of time.”
In other words:
Sanctions hurt people and thus no good, but against Guards who own the country’s economy it is ok?
“Diplomatic sanctions” are going to achieve exactly what?
There is a master list of those IRR apparatchiks who are responsible for the “current round” of oppression operations which can be used to deny them travel visas?
What if like all other Islamist Rapists they have multiple identities and documents and what about all the other IRR apparatchiks of the past thirty one years, are they kosher?
After all the rapes, tortures and murders it is back to charlatan Khatami and democracy within the context of the current Constitution, again?
