The number of women who perform naghaali — dramatic recitation of Ferdosi’s epic poetry — are fewer than the number of fingers on one hand. And Saghi Aghili is the most passionate. She was known as Irangord, but has now changed her stage name to Neda Afarid, apparently in honor of Neda Agha Soltan.
