Iran’s U-23 soccer team beat Oman 1-0 to advance to the semifinals of Asian Games 2010 in Guanjou, China.
Iran looked superior in this match and had several great opportunities. Ali Asghari scored Iran’s only goal with a fantastic free kick.
Iran will meet Japan on Tuesday (4PM local, midnight California). In the other semifinal match South Korea will meet UAE.
