The San Francisco Bay Area-based Darvag Theater Group has a new play. “It’s Not About Pomegranates” is a play written by Sepideh Khosrowjah and directed by Hamid Ehya, and acclaimed actors Richard Reinholdt and Ana Bayat King play in it. This is a photo essay of a visit to their final rehearsal before the play opened on Thursday, March 31st. If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, don’t miss the remaining four shows of the play on Thursday through Sunday, April 7-April 10, 2011, at San Francisco’s Boxcar Playhouse, 505 Natoma Street (at 6th Street), at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are just $20 each and can be purchased here.
