This video is said to depict the death and mutilation of on a Libyan soldier, who had been captured or had surrendered to the Libyan rebel forces.
The majority of the chanting / yelling in this video are against what the guy is doing, “la haraaam” “No don’t do that” “khalllassss!” “enough!” “La!
