Iranian city of Khorramshahr was freed from Iraqi occupation 29 years ago. However, after so many years, the war-ravaged houses and buildings carry the memories of the dreadful times; and hopes and dreams of the residents are yet to be fulfilled. When will the real “freedom” come? This is a question in the minds of the people in Khorramshahr and Khuzestan as well as all Iranians.
