Dear friends Do you think that the Western governments or business people or even East will help us to have an advanced life? Do you think the business people they want that we also produce like they do? May be some of you remember that in the past, the cars were much better built; even the technic was not so advance like now. They build such good cars that seldom needed repair and a lot of part was so nicely made that seldom get bad. In the time that I was child, one day I went with my father in South of Tehran where the spare parts of cars were sold. The man who was little business shopkeeper for the spare part told my father, we cannot sell the spare parts; all these spare parts are here years.
The car are so good designed and made that they do not need repair? As far as I can remember, it was 1970 and he speaks about the spare parts of the car Chevrolet 1948 or so? Now you buy a car after three years it is a junk? Nobody will repair it, because it costs so much and the people are forced to change their car every three four years. It is the same with the food. In the past fifty years ago, the food was natural and healthy, but now it is full of hormones and other objects which keep the food for a long time not spoiled. If you go to a chicken industrial farm, the chicken cannot walk, they stay on their breast and instead of shit, and blue water is coming from their back? A big chicken like a small sheep sound was like a chick? And we eat them; so many people are fat and got cancer? I read that in Britain 40% of people have cancers?
We do not eat organic food, we are eating poison. I think about thirty years ago, a German professor wrote an article in the newspaper that the chicken fight back, that mean, because the people are cruel to them, they give a lot of poison to the people back. He came to the USA and worked very hard and gathered some money about 80,000 dollars, after five years that he and his family all worked they put their money as a down payment and bought a house for 200,000 dollars. The bank gave them the rest of the money as a mortgage or loan. The bank also gave him later, about another 100,000 dollars to improve and modern the house or repairs it. The payment was about 1200 dollars with tax and insurance. After ten years he paid about 150,000 mortgage payments with interest rate between 7 to 10 to the bank. With a small calculation we can see how the middle class people are destroyed in the USA. He paid to the bank 150,000 plus the 80,000 down payment, it is 230,000 dollars. Plus the 100,000 he paid for the improvement, it is 330,000 that he paid for the house. Or the house costs so much. Now the price of the house is lower and it is 150,000 dollars, but he owes the bank 200,000 dollars or with other words his real capital is -50,000. After twenty years working in the USA, he has -50,000 dollars and in the time he came here, he had 80,000 dollars cash money in his hand. He worked here 20 years and with 80,000 capitals, he has now -50,000. What do you call this?
In Iran the bank does not give any loan, you put your saving in the bank and 20% inflation destroys it. Here there is not inflation for the real estates. The bank gives you money, the capitals come lower and you have to pay more? You see in both sides the middle class people will be completely destroyed.
