Dear President of USA USA is a nice country and has a lot of possibilities and opportunities for many people, but it has also a lot of negative point that should be removed. First there is no law here to support people who are robbed and cannot pay the attorneys to get their right. The system in this case is very useless and nobody will take the responsibilities to help the victim. The system in that particular case seems to be very cruel or indifferent. As you know in the Middle Eastern countries and the countries in the third world or Moslem countries, there are a lot of struggle that the people are trying to have minimum of the life. The rich and powerful people are taking the whole possibilities and the other people are just like slaves in a modern form. But as the world is now an international village their problems will affect also the people in other countries.
You and your country USA show that you want to work for the democracy in the world, which is a good point and in this way even all American citizen will be in a safer place. But democracy without just has no meaning and if you and your country cannot support just, democracy without just has no value. In the dictatorship country there is no law and they kill people even on the street, if they have to. What is here, the people will be destroyed and robbed nobody care and there is no law and regulation to help them. I wrote some letter before and explain the situation and now I try to explain more, in the hope that somebody who is not like robot will understand the situation. If the people robe you and destroy your business and there is no real insurance company to support you, how can you survive? The system is indifferent in the whole world, and the people are the same, they are indifferent or cruel. But how is it possible in the time that you are totally robbed, be able to pay your bills?
To make it more clearly, I bring the story of Nasser one time more in to your attention. Nasser was persecuted in Iran, because his mother was Bahai, he was sent out of work and could not work. He started to work in the private section and tried to teach in private school or even houses. One of his Moslem friends did a plan for him and showed that he can help him, if I help him. He has complex of apartments which was taken by the people and he tried to send them out of his apartments, but the people destroyed his apartment and he could not rent them. He should repair them. In this time he was in a very bad shape and his children did not have enough money or food. I helped him, but he destroyed my life in Iran and misuses the religion of my mother as a device to damage my life. I have no other choice to come out of the country. I sent before some money to my family who were Bahai and in the time that I came here; they did not want to give my money also. I tried here until I could be teacher in Oviedo High for German and Latin and also instructor in the Seminole Community College for Arabic, Politics and German.
A lot of private student wanted to learn in my house, buy my house was in a subdivision and the home owner association was not happy that I have students in my house and teach them. I wanted to solve the problem in a legal way, the Orange County zoning department told me, if I buy houses in the County with acres, they will give me occupational license and I can have legally classes and students in my house. I did it and they gave me. But after three years of operation, they cancelled it, because they told me, they did a mistake from beginning. I told them you did a mistake and I will lose everything that I have. I bought the houses for 350,000 and 510,000 and put another 800,000 dollars in them to make them as a boarding school. They told me I can rent the houses to the regular people and I cannot have students there. I said that is not fair you did a mistake and I lose all my capital, they told me, I can sue them. As you know this money was not my money and I borrowed them from banks and credit cards. I rented the houses, but they did not pay the rent and in the time I went to the court to send them out, they thought I am a rich man with a nice boarding school and they destroyed it, robbed and did not pay me.
Five times my house is robbed and destroyed by people and I called the police or Sheriff. But they did not do any serious action, it is fine for them, because they are not robbed, I am robbed and that is my problem. The insurance companies do not the damages, because they want to keep the money and in reality they are not insurance companies, but collecting money companies. They gathered years money from me and I got hundreds of pages, but in the time I need them, they do not pay. They have to pay me over 200,000 dollars, but they do not pay. They say the same go and hire attorney to sue us? The people gave me checks, but the checks are bad checks and I cannot cash them, and again I have to hire attorney to go after the checks. I have over 50,000 checks from the people who do not want to pay. I owe the Bank of American over 1,200,000 dollars loan and mortgage and about 30,000 to the credit cards. The people robbed me and do not pay me, Orange County make mistake and I have to pay for their mistake, people do not pay me, insurance companies do not pay me, but I have every day 10 calls from the credit cards that I have to pay and I am responsible to pay, even they took me to the court.
The business costs now only 400,000 dollars, but bank wants over 1,200,000 and the bank does not understand that the price of the real estate is lower, the rate is lower, the rent is lower and they want the same money and the same rate as they got in the past? They want 9.5 interests, in the time that the capital is 60% reduced. Are all of these actions normal? The people robbed me and there are no laws to support me, the insurance; companies do not pay, again there is no law here to support me; the people do not pay me, and nobody care. And they destroyed also my credit so I cannot work even in Afghanistan or Iraq? They robbed me, I am punished for their robbing activities, they do not pay me and I am again punished? So if the people robe me and do not pay me, how can I pay? The system is so indifferent that nobody cares about what has happened to me? If the system is so useless and so indifferent, how can I pay my mortgages and my credit cards? If they do not clear me to work and they mean I can get black mail, because I have so many loans, how can I pay? Is it logical, that all of them expect that I pay, but none of them is listening to me? It is the law in USA? It is just for rich people who can offer expensive good attorneys? And the other people have no voice and no right? Please, instruct through your office that the system not to be so cruel or indifferent to me? Respectfully Yours Amir Nasser Ali G. PS.
